2. Present the voucher with the Lotte World PIN number at the Lotte Annual Pass Center (both paper and mobile)

・ The company is not responsible for any problems that arise from visiting without checking the Lotte World pin code written on the voucher. Be sure to present your voucher at the ‘South Gate Group Ticket Office’.
・You must present your physical ticket to enter Lotte World or Lotte Aquarium.
・ Lotte World operating hours may change depending on the season.
・ The Lotte World + Aquarium admission ticket can only be used on the day.

Cancellation Policy

！Caution: Cancellation will be based on the supplier’s local time.
Please note that the refund will be processed within 14 days after confirming the reservation within 2-5 days.
In case of cancellation after 18:00 on weekdays and on weekends or holidays, the fee will be applied based on the next business day of the company
